Village Properties has been my home since its’ inception. For three decades I have had the privilege to represent clients from many walks of life. They have taken me on fascinating journeys as we have searched for the correct properties and negotiated the best position for their requirements.

Having grown up in Santa Barbara I think of myself as a “local” with the attendant benefits of local knowledge. As a buyer or seller, you are looking for sound information on which to base your decisions. My wealth of local information, contacts and an opinion, or two, is available for the asking.

My business is one of “full disclosure” and correctly putting together the nuts and bolts of Real Estate. I offer a background of years in sales and marketing of Luxury Estates, Homes, Ranch and Land, Hotels and Commercial Ventures. Recognizing the challenges of purchasing and selling real estate, my goal is to coordinate a seam-less experience, satisfying your needs and sharing a bit of fun along the way.

A couple of degrees gave me a formal education, while shared life experiences with family, friends, business associates and clients have brought some of my greatest rewards.

Part of my journey includes: the co-founder of Sea and Summit Inc., a non-profit physical stress school for teens (acknowledged as a model program at the Western White House and presented a seminar to the Federal directors of Health, Education and Welfare), opened restaurants for Carrow’s Restaurants Inc., Partner of Victoria Company specializing as builder/developer of residences & commercial structures in Santa Barbara, recipient of the Santa Barbara Beautiful Award for Best Commercial Remodel, co-owner/general partner Upham Hotel (sold 1984), licensed private pilot, USCG licensed; captained yachts Pacific, Caribbean & European circuit, photographic journeys in Asia and on roads less traveled.
     
Personal interests: community involvement; Board member of the Riviera Association, Coast Village Business Association, support non-profits such as Village Properties Teachers Fund and many other worthy causes, photography, adding to my art collection, flying, restoration of cars and boats, the sea and sharing my love of sailing, traveling and family visits from Europe.
