Deanna Solakian Williams is half of the powerhouse of the Montecito Estates team with her father Randy Solakian, Coldwell Banker Previews International's top agent in Santa Barbara for over three decades.

Born and raised in Montecito, and being the daughter of one of Santa Barbara's top agents, real estate is their family passion.  Deanna started her real estate career in New York City, before returning home to the Santa Barbara community she loves.
