Randy Freed grew up on Arabian Horse Ranches in Hidden Hills and later in the Santa Ynez Valley. He went on to attend the University of California at Davis where he received a Biological Science degree and then and began selling real estate two weeks after graduating. Randy owned and managed one of the largest real estate companies in the Santa Ynez Valley in the 1980s and early 1990s. In 1993, he expanded his business by moving to Santa Barbara. Randy currently offers his expertise from Carpinteria to Santa Barbara including Montecito and Goleta to the Santa Ynez Valley. A top producer, Randy is in the top 2% of all Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Reatlors nationwide, and is a member of Berkshire Hathaway Chairman’s Circle Gold Club. Randy has earned the following destinations: Certified Residential Specialist, Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, Certified Residential Estate Agent, and the EcoBroker Certification. In 1990, Randy was selected Realtor of the Year at his local Real Estate Board Association and served as Board President in 1989. He is a member of the Academy of Magical Arts (a.k.a The Magic Castle), enjoys all sports and is a Black Belt in Kenpo Karate. Randy has been involved in the real estate business for over thirty years. He is extremely well versed in the legal and contractual aspects of real estate. He prides himself on his exceptional level of customer service and is always available for his clients.
Kellie Roche is a third-generation Santa Barbara local. Her strong ties to the community and extensive knowledge of Santa Barbara and its surrounding areas contribute to her high level of success in helping people buy and sell real estate.
