Stephanie Young
Realtor, BA
A second generation Realtor®, Stephanie was born and raised in Santa Barbara. She attended UCSB where she earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology. While in college, Stephanie worked as a Substance Abuse Counselor helping women recover from alcoholism and substance abuse.
After graduating from UCSB, Stephanie got her real estate license and joined her mom, Marie Sue Parsons, working at Coldwell Banker. Stephanie has always been passionate about helping people, and has especially enjoyed being able to assist people during one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives – the purchase or sale of a home!
For every listing Stephanie represents, she puts together a detailed marketing strategy in order to give each property the most exposure possible. This allows her sellers to get the most amount of money for their property in the shortest amount of time. Some of the tools Stephanie uses to market her listings are flyers, brochures, virtual tours and video tours, professional photography, staging, open house spruce-ups, and much more.
For every buyer that Stephanie works with, she provides detailed listing information to them that is not available to the public. When a home comes on the market that meets their criteria, Stephanie alerts them about the property immediately so that they can get a jump on it before the rest of the community. Stephanie has purchased a home of her own, which allows her to be sensitive to the needs of buyers. She loves to make this process exciting and enjoyable for everyone that she works with.
Most importantly, Stephanie is committed to working exclusively by referral. This means that her clients are her highest priority. She sees to it that her clients are pleased with her ability to complete the transaction to their satisfaction, so much so that they will want to refer her to their friends and family.
