Marsha has been involved in local real estate since 1995. Besides having a real estate broker's license she has appraisal experience. She is married to a 3rd generation Santa Barbara native, Gary Gray. He is a local CPA with deep multi-generational ties to the community. Marsha and Gary have 2 children, Erin and Connor.

Marsha belongs to the Kiwanis Club of Santa Barbara. The goal of Kiwanis is to serve the community's children.

Marsha's goal in real estate is to help buyers and sellers have the best real estate experience possible. People buy and sell under many different circumstances.
