Vivienne Leebosh, who specializes in the single-family home and estate segment of Santa Barbara’s residential real estate market has consistently been among the top three agents at Sotheby’s International Realty’s Montecito office in sales volume and number of closed escrows. A Realtor since 1998, Vivienne joined Sotheby’s International Realty (SIR) in 2001.
As founder and president for more than 10 years of an interior design business, Vivienne’s clients directly benefit from her extensive background in interior design, remodeling and home construction. Her entrepreneurial skills have also led her into the television and motion picture industry. She holds a distinguished record as an independent producer of documentaries, movies for television, and feature films.
Vivienne’s client base consists of existing clients’ new business and a strong referral network, both testimony to her ability to truly understand her clients’ needs and effectively complete business transactions.
She is a member of both the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors and the area’s Multiple Listing Service (MLS), the California Association of Realtors (CAR) at a state level, and of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
Vivienne, who was born in Montreal, majored in fine arts at its Sir George Williams University and completed her degree at the Parsons School of Design. Active in community affairs, Vivienne is a member of the Board of the Santa Barbara Rape Crisis Center. Given her professional expertise, Vivienne has also served as an advisor to the Santa Barbara Film Festival and as a jury member in the documentary category.
