Dear Ms. Grubb and Mr. Edick:
It is my pleasure to commend to your attention the exceptional quality of my professional relationship with Shandra Campbell.
Ms. Campbell represented my family’s interests in several real estate transactions over the course of the last few years. A number of those transactions were complicated and required a high degree of attention to detail as well as much time and effort on the part of Ms. Campbell. I have the highest regard for the manner in which she handled each and every transaction.
It has been my pleasure on numerous occasions to recommend Ms. Campbell’s services to friends and business acquaintances that were either buying or selling real property including people our Company has relocated to the Santa Barbara area. She has always done an excellent job of meeting their needs and I would not hesitate to recommend her in the future. She is a credit to Village Properties and you are indeed fortunate to count her as part of your team.
Sincerely,
Andrew F. Puzder

Dear Shandra,
I have had all kinds of agents - from the top producers to mid-level agents come through my home. I have found you to be the most professional and talented of all of them. I was so impressed with your understated manner in supporting and adding to my presentation to your clients. It was an enormous help and a real learning experience. I realize this is not an easy thing to do and requires a keen sense of balance; of knowing what to say, when to say it and, most importantly, what not to say. And you also reminded me that selling real estate is a true art form when done correctly. You are a true talent.
Sincerely,
Luke Ebbin

Dear Renée,
As you are aware, we recently purchased a home on 720 Ladera Lane in Montecito. We were introduced to Shandra Campbell by my friend, Tony Leggio, and met her in September of this year. At that time, we were only learning about Montecito and not seriously planning to purchase for a year or so. We felt this would be a long process and had not even committed to Montecito when we first met Shandra. Even though I let her know that I was only in the early investigational stage and gave only 24 hours notice, she put together a portfolio of homes for Casey and I to see that was incredible. It was as if she had a week or two to prepare. It was organized and the homes were varied to help her determine what would best fit our needs. 720 Ladera was one of the homes that we saw on the first day.
It did not take Shandra long to determine our likes and dislikes. She understood quickly the value of my time and gave us a most organized and efficient showing of several homes the first day we met. Because of her love and passion for Montecito and her knowledge and competence of her job, we placed a bid on the Ladera home within 2 weeks. If I had been asked prior to meeting Shandra if there was any chance that I would put an offer on a home within 6 months of the first showing, I would have said absolutely not. Shandra is amazing.
Through the entire process of showings, of representing me in the buying process, in providing me names of professionals for inspections and repairs, and in guiding me through what otherwise could be a stressful process, Shandra was the most professional and kind person I could have associated with. She made the entire buying process stress free and enjoyable. Whenever I became nervous or concerned, she confidently assured me not to worry because she was in full control.
Even after I purchased the home and was hoping to lease it, she continued providing me help and guidance and was responsible for procuring a tenant for me. She did this for me out of kindness and was so helpful in choosing the right tenant. She has been there for me every step of the way.
I will absolutely use her again in any real estate transaction I do in the Santa Barbara/Montecito area. I will also refer her to any friends, patients, and family.
I can’t say enough about Shandra to do her justice for what she did for Casey and me. I value her expertise, her passion for Montecito, her honesty, and her friendship. She represented your company with honor and pride and you are the most fortunate to have her on your team.
Thank you for giving me this opportunity to express my thanks and gratitude for Shandra Campbell. She is one in a million.
Sincerely,
James D. Shuler, M.D.

Welcome to Santa Barbara! We have a remarkable range of year-round cultural events, sporting events, and a world of activities for children.
Theatre, Ballet, outdoor concerts at the Santa Barbara Bowl, diverse offerings at local art galleries as well as at the Museum of Art. We have it all.
As a UCSB alumna, I am a fan of their widely admired Arts and Lectures series. Season tickets to the Santa Barbara Symphony are always a treat, and CAMA brings renowned classical artists into our beautiful city regularly. In the summer the internationally acclaimed Music Academy of the West provides a musical feast with picnic concerts, master classes and the Concerto Competition. You also won’t want to miss the Santa Barbara Film Festival whether you go to rub elbows with the stars or take in a cutting-edge documentary.
Of course, with our perfect weather, getting outside is a must. Santa Barbara and Montecito have a wealth of trails for strenuous hikes or meditative walks. A must visit is the Santa Barbara Botanic Gardens for a walk through the wild flower meadow, down to the creek and the tranquil redwood grove.
Tennis, volleyball, soccer, cycling, and surfing are just a few of the popular sports. The beach is everyone’s favorite place for a dip in the ocean, a walk, watching the sunset or simply sunbathing. UCSB, Westmont College and Santa Barbara City College all offer great spectator sports for loyal fans.
Having raised and educated two children here, I can say that Santa Barbara truly cares about our young people. From the Parks and Recreation Department programs to the Children’s Creative Project, children can stay active and inspired all year long. Our schools, universities, churches, and museums (the Natural History Museum near the Mission is wonderful) all get involved and offer a wide range of activities and camps. Sports are well supported in the community as well, and our beautiful parks and beaches are perfect for family outings.
I have only touched on some of what our community has to offer. The links below can get you started on your explorations, but feel free to call me if you want more local knowledge about your area of interest.
