Dave is a Santa Barbara native; he was born and raised here. As a kid he loved to romp around the local parks. Tuckers Grove and Stevens Park were particular favorites. As a teen he got into surfing and was hooked for life. He graduated from San Marcos High in 1994. After high school, Dave attended and graduated California State University, Northridge with a BA Radio-Television-Film Degree in 2001. From 1995 – 20010 Dave lived in Culver City, Santa Monica and Long Beach. He worked as a Cameraman, Gaffer, and Lighting Technician during that time. He has found those skills useful in setting up homes to look their best when they are for sale. Dave married Nicole in 1996 and they have two sons: Hunter (2) and Tanner (infant). Dave loves sports and competition. He has maintained his surfing hobby through the years and is also an avid RallyCross racer. This satisfies his need for speed. He was the 2008 & 2009 California Rally Series Champion for his class.
Don
Don moved to Santa Barbara as a child and grew up here. He graduated Santa Barbara High in 1961 and was a member of the legendary 1960 CIF Champion football team. He received his undergraduate degree from UCSB and his master's degree from California State University, Sacramento. Don began his real estate career in 1984 and won a rookie of the year award. His 27 years of experience in the field means that Don has gained invaluable knowledge. This knowledge translates into excellent service by having strong indyustry relationships and negotiation skills among other things. While Don love's the real estate business, he is a family man first. He married his wife Holly in 1968 and they have three adult children, Shelly, Dave and Dan. Don also has a healthy love of sports and recreation. He is an active tennis player and he loves camping in the great outdoors.
