Pamela Regan is a respected sales associate at Village Properties based in Montecito, California.
Having grown up in Massachusetts, I truly appreciate every day in beautiful Santa Barbara. I moved to Santa Barbara in 1979, one look and I knew I would stay.
I have always loved homes and architecture; in 1984 I was encouraged by a friend to get my Real Estate license. I was a successful agent and worked for the top offices in Montecito both at Alexander Velto, and Pitts and Bachman. I loved my job, and continued to sell homes until 1994. I made a decision at that time to put my Real Estate career on hold and devote my time to my family. Personal attention is strong on my list of attributes, and I did not want to compromise that quality with my clients. I would not give up the wonderful years I had with my children at home. During my years away from the Real Estate world, I assisted my husband with his restaurants. I created and implemented many successful marketing plans, one of which is our twelve year involvement with the Summer Reading Program at the libraries from Santa Barbara to Camarillo. I created many print and TV ads as well as the in-store marketing programs. I worked with our graphics designer in creating the menu boards and to-go menus. I bring that creative marketing approach with me today.
Now that my children have grown, I am free to embark once again on my Real Estate career. I have lived in many areas of this town; I know the school system, and the various weather climates of this city. I love to share my knowledge with people and help them realize their goals. Hiking is one of my favorite pastimes, I am a board member and Treasurer of the Montecito Trails Foundation. The MTF was founded over 40 years ago and is integral in keeping our trails maintained and creating new ones. If you are interested in hiking let me know, I would love to take you out on the trails. Our hiking group once hiked all the way to Ojai!
