25 acres are planted with Merlot - Clones 1 & 3, 5BB & 5C Resistant Rootstock; 17 acres grow Syrah - Estrella Clone, 5BB & 1103 Resistant Rootstock; and 2 acres offer Grenache - Tablas Creek Clone, 110R Resistant Rootstock.  The spacing is 10’x 6’ (726 plants/acre).   2005 Yields: Merlot - 7 tons/acre; Syrah - 5.5 tons/acre (Thinned to winery specifications); Grenache - 5 tons/acre.   The Merlot was planted in 1994 & 1996; the Syrah in 1994 & 1997; and the Grenache in 1997.

The 600’ irrigation well pumps from 150’ output of approximately 280 GPM.   Completely deerfenced, trellising is a desirable VSP System with drip irrigation.   Also, there is a 3-bay metal shop building.
