The professionally designed interior is light, bright and breezy.  Furnished with sophistication, style and comfort, one can’t help but feel that the vacation has begun.  French doors open to a   large deck that provides the perfect setting for sunbathing, relaxing and entertaining. 

Spend your days strolling Summerland beach, browsing one of the many antique stores, having breakfast or lunch at a quaint café, getting your hair and nails done, regenerating at a spa, boutique shopping and ending the day at our local winery, all within walking distance.  Montecito is a 3 minute drive and downtown Santa Barbara is a 10 minute drive.

A laundry facility, a 3 car garage and a small backyard complete the convenience of this beach rental.

$2,000 per week- October through May
$2,500 per week- June through September and holidays.
