A coastal hilltop setting was chosen as the building site for this extraordinary contemporary home designed by Jack Warner AIA. GREAT ROOM     A dramatic space with 16’ ceilings and walnut floors, the room is divided between living and dining areas. The living room area, with a skylight, features a black marble hearth and surround and faces an all-glass wall looking over the reflecting pond to stunning mountain views beyond. The dining room area, with a polished nickel chandelier, opens through oversized pocket doors onto a covered entertainment terrace and a dramatic coastline view.

MEDIA ROOM     Adjacent to the Great Room is a small media room with walnut-paneled walls and built-in cabinets for storage, a sound system and a 60" flat screen TV. The media room has a cozy fireplace with black marble surround and hearth, walnut floors and pocket doors.
