The owners are passionate about gardening and have spent many years designing and building a fabulous garden (.34 acres) that includes a pergola covered patio with brick columns, a rose arbor that seats 4, brick and cement paths, a flagstone patio, and rock walls around each of the many fruit trees (fig, avocado, persimmon, apple, tangerine, citrus…and more).  In addition, they have built raised vegetable beds and created an area in the garden dedicated for cut flowers which always can be found around the home.  The gardenscape is designed using no-mow grass and low maintenance plantings.  All rain water from property is diverted to the garden and fruit trees.

The current owners love to entertain and find both the home and garden offer plenty of room for family and friends.  They’ve hosted many parties and 2 weddings in their garden over the years.
