Step back to the early 1900’s on the distinguished Ogilvy Estate in Montecito. Designed circa 1910 by prominent architect, J.L. Curletti in an architectural style known as Foursquare Craftsman incorporating construction methods drawn from Swiss and Japanese techniques. At this time, the property had wells with such high quality water that folks would come from miles around to fill their mason jars.  Around 1917, the family formed the Ogilvy Artesian Water Company to bottle their water and the company lasted for almost 30 years until 1937.
