Lockwood de Forest Estate

Lockwood de Forest, arguably the most renowned landscape architect in Montecito & Santa Barbara, designed and built this estate in 1927 for his own family.  The design is Roman Style with a Center Courtyard, nestled on a .76 acre property off of a coveted private lane near the Mission.
