As you enter through a cool grotto to the sounds of soothing splashes of water and approach the ancient carved wood doors, you sense a change of ambience. The doors open to frame a majestic, breathtaking view of blue sky and ocean horizon. As you are drawn closer to the spacious veranda, views of the city are revealed below. The evening views are as spectacular as those in the daytime. Imagine front row seats at your own 4th of July fireworks show, viewing Wet Wednesday sailboat races or toasting the arrival of a cruise ship gliding into port.

Entertain with ease as the kitchen, living and dining area opens out onto the expansive deck through glass doors. On cooler days, dine in warmth next to the dual sided fireplace shared by the living and dining areas. The nearby kitchen with a work island and full array of appliances has plenty of storage and stays bright with light from the large moon windows and skylight tubes. On the lower level, it is also accessible to the private back yard, has a small bathroom and a sink with counter for cleaning up artist’s brushes perhaps or craft tools.  Storage is hidden behind decorative sliding screens. Its classical open style gives it the feeling of being in a pavilion with superb natural light.
