One of the last large estate sites on the ocean side of the freeway in Montecito with stunning mt. views. Gated location offers max privacy with only one house looking into lot and two other houses behind the gate. Being ready to build with all utilities at site is a real plus. Plans for home by Harrison Design that was never built available for review. This is old Montecito at it's best with really, no second choice in terms of location.
