Enable Cookies

To enable cookies please follow the instructions that match your browser version. If you still have a problem after following the instructions it may be helpful to close all of your browser sessions (windows) and open a new window.

  Internet Explorer 6.0+
  1. Select “Internet Options” form the Tools menu.
  2. Click on the “Privacy” tab.
  3. Click manually slide the bar down to "Low" under "Settings".
  4. Click “Ok”.
  5. Click “Ok” to close Internet Options.
  6. Close Internet Explorer.  Open a new browser window and attempt to login again.

  Internet Explorer 5.x
  1. Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.
  2. Click on the "Security" tab.
  3. Click on the "Custom Level" button.
  4. Scroll down to the "Cookies" section.
  5. Set "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" and "Allow per-session cookies" to "Enable".
  6. Click "OK" to close the Internet Options dialog.

  1. Go to the "Tools" menu.
  2. Select "Options".
  3. Select the "Privacy" icon in the left panel.
  4. Click the "Plus" symbol to expand the "Cookies" section.
  5. Check the box corresponding to "Allow sites to set cookies".
  6. Click "OK".

  1. Select "Preferences" from the Edit menu.
  2. Click the arrow next to the "Privacy & Security" section.
  3. Under "Privacy & Security", select "Cookies".
  4. Select "Enable all Cookies".
  5. Click "OK".

  AOL 9.0
  1. Select "Settings" from the AOL Toolbar.
  2. Select "Internet(Web) Options".
  3. Select "User your Internet Explorer Settings".
  4. Select the "Privacy" tab.
  5. Select "Advanced".
  6. Deselect the "Override automatic cookie handling" button.
  7. Click "OK" to exit.
   
  AOL 8.0 & 7.0 w/ IE 6.x
  1. Select "Settings" from the AOL Toolbar.
  2. Select "Preferences".
  3. Select "Internet Properties (WWW)".
  4. Select the "Privacy" tab.
  5. Select "Advanced".
  6. Deselect the "Override automatic cookie handling" button.
  7. Click "OK" to exit.
   
  AOL 7.0 with IE 5.5
  1. Select "Settings" from the AOL Toolbar.
  2. Select "Preferences".
  3. Select "Internet Properties (WWW)".
  4. Select the "Security" tab.
  5. Select the "Custom Level" tab.
  6. Click "Enable" for the "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer".
  7. Click "Enable" on the "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)" option.
  8. Click "OK" and save the settings.

  4. Check the box corresponding to "Allow sites to set cookies".

  Internet Explorer
  1. Select "Preferences" from the IE menu.
  2. Click the carat sybmol to expand the "Receiving Files" section.
  3. Select the "Never Ask" or "Each Site" radio button.  For "Each Site" you will need to select our URL and allow cookies.
  4. Click "OK".
   
  Safari
  1. Select "Preferences" from the Safari menu.
  2. Click the "Security" tab.
  3. From the "Accept Cookies" section select the radio button for "Always" or "Only Sites you navigate to".
  4. Click "OK".
